Still trying to get a 9 miler in but 8 would suffice.

I'd like the first half of run to be a pattern of .4 mile run with .1 walks.

The 2nd half of run can be based on time just to switch things up.
So let's shoot for 3:30 runs with 30 sec. walks.
Since there is more walking in the 2nd half, I hope you can keep a good pace for the portions that you are running.

But also remember you are coming off a race, so this is not acrun to try to kill pace. We will save that for the 15k!!
