After 10 minutes of jump roping:
50 leg lifts
200 total cherry-pickers
31 push-ups
30 squats (30 total lbs.)
2x20 overhead dumbbell press (20 total lbs.)
30 bicep curls, both arms at once (20 total lbs.)
50 calf raises on stair step, both legs at once
I then did some hips and stretching.
