Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After a 1 mile very easy warm up,
I'm looking for a 4 mile tempo run.
This is NOT supposed to be at race pace...
I would start the first mile in the mid to high 10's and see how you feel from there.
So obviously this is not an easy run pace but it is also not 10k race pace!
Just try to keep it steady...
The total for day including warm up mile should be 5 miles..
