Really tough weekend for everyone after hearing about Lucas' death Friday. So although I could have had two easy runs and finished my mileage for last week, I was too busy trying to figure out why. But Lauren is back in town so we went out for some easy mileage that turned into an adventure through muddy swamps and lakes.
