Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 1 event, the 4x8 A team. Then sat for many hours, kind of like the freshman XC experience. Race was consistent, probably could have gone faster, but the 8 is not my event. I think my body felt like it was running a mile and while I can't do a 5:08 mile yet, I think I'm in line for some good times this spring. The consistency in the back half of the race also bodes well for the two-mile this spring. Splits were 36,39,40,39. Not an improvement from January, which is disappointing, but I've learned not to get too hung up on less-than perfect times. Also, tomorrow's my first day off in two weeks. Yay!
