Not an Easy Day in the Office

Today was not an easy workout at all. It was 6x3 mins (which I basically made 900m) and then 4x200 at about 80 pace. I could not hit my splits from the get-go, so I just tried to finish the workout. I managed to finish, but my splits were sporadic and disappointing. I was getting progressively slower throughout the workout.

Overall it was brutal and I'm feeling pretty dead. Hopefully wednesday goes better and it was just leftover sickness holding me back.
