Comments:
Did 26:02 worth of warm up, then did 4x1mile @ Threshold Pace w/1 minute rest. Did those at (5:20/5:21/5:22/5:22). Then I did a 12:42 minute cool down. I also iced my shins twice because they still aren't feeling great. Bumped up my threshold time though by about 10 seconds.
