I have a lot of homework tonight, so I didn't have enough time to go for a long run and still get to bed on time. I've been super tired lately, so I don't feel like staying up late doing homework.

I decided to do some lifting, core, and other things from home. My left hip was really sore this morning, and still hurt while I was lifting. That was because I collided with two other people while playing basketball last night, and then landed on my hip on the court. I felt pretty weak today, too. I'm not sure if it's from playing a lot of basketball last night, or due to lack of sleep. Anyway, I did:

51 leg lifts
100 total cherry-pickers
2x20 overhead dumbbell press (25 total lbs.)
30 bicep curls, both arms at once (25 total lbs.)
2x12 squats (30 total lbs.)
2x1 minute running arms (5 lbs. each arm)
31 push-ups
Plyometric box jumping
A minute and a half of jump roping
50 calf raises on ladder rung, both legs at once
