Today's workout was 3 sets of 600m at mileish pace, 30 second rest, 200 meter fast, and 7 minute cooldown jog. It was a pretty brutal workout, but my splits were pretty good for the most part. I definitely could've done a few seconds better on the 600s, but I'm working on it. The 30 second rest also went by too fast lol. Hopefully this workout doesn't kill me too much for Friday, but we'll see.
