Comments:
Ran to AU and rushed through a couple of stiff striders. Joined by several teammates, we successfully helped Matthew break 6:00. Splits. 1:28.9, 1:29.6 (2:58.5), 1:28.5 (4:27.0), 1:24.7 for a 5:51.8. Teamwork was impressive.

Proceeded to drag myself and a few others through another 24 minutes through Spring Valley and AU Park.
