Comments:
Warm up 1 mile easy
Run 1.5 miles at up tempo pace.
Nothing crazy but if you could run a steady 1.5 miles between 7:30 and 7:45 pace, I think that will keep you sharp for Saturday...
An "uptempo" is a bit slower than I would prescribe for regular tempo pace. Certainly not 7 pace!
Cooldown 1.5 very easy and as you feel..
