Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1 mile warm up as you easy as you choose
Run 1.5 miles moderately fast with minimal walking and trying to speed up as you go along.
So if first the .5 miles is at 12:15 pace for example, try to make second half Ike a bit faster and so on...
Any short walks should be in the beg. Of the 1.5, but I think you are at a point where you won't need many for just 1.5 miles.
Cooldown 1 mile easy at your own pace.. for a total of 3.5 for the day
