Comments:
Ran from my dad's house today. I was planning on running 10+ miles, my legs felt dead after just two miles, and my form was bad the entire time. That was probably a result of not running since Tuesday (I had a lot of homework last week and wasn't feeling well Friday and Saturday), and playing basketball this morning. I've noticed that when I don't run for several days, I feel really tired and weak my first run back. At least I went up a good sized hill today. Got back and did some very light abs (20 leg lifts, 100 total cherry-pickers). Hopefully I'll have my energy back tomorrow.
