Comments:
**started but had to go back for the bathroom so just took it as a warmup. Especially since i was dragging. Legs were tired and took like 3 miles to relax into it
Easy recovery run of 5.5 coming off of long run ...
But a tid bit higher mileage than usual. Not worried about pace..
