Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Turned into somewhat of a progression run. Not going to worry about slowing down right now, expecting to feel way fresher with a taper coming up soon.
Reminder #1- building into pace exists.
Mt Vernon out 6.5 and back (to south block)
Got up to 72 at one point yeesh.
Reminder #2: ?! will the weather be but if it's over 55 then should take in water at least every 5-6 miles
Mileage still not quite where I'd like it to be the last couple weeks but not much to do now 3 weeks out. Ended up using the massage coupon I was saving for after the race this evening
Reminder #3: Legs are bit wrecked right now even with regular routine of rolling/releasing. Will focus on hip release, glute activation, and core in lieu of lifting.
