Weather: cold!!! and windy
Comments:
i did a warmup and decided to do the threshhold miles with the rest of the team because my heel did not hurt that bad.i was going to only do 3-4 with tim, but i did 5 and felt alright. my breathing was a little rough, but my heel did not hurt when i ran on the grass. after the miles, i did a cooldown, and abs.
