ran the 1500 for the first time ever. first race longer than a mile since last year. started out really good in 65 and got myself in a great position, but then shat the second lap and lost the pack. recovered on the third lap and finished hard, the last 300 was in 48. i equaled my mile best from last year, but i felt like i had a lot left in me, so i wasnt completely happy with the race.

in the 4x4 our team was so far behind by the time i got the baton that i was running completely alone. i guess i ran alright, but i definitely wouldve gone faster with competition.
