Abs and Lifting

I got to sleep late last night, slept in late, and then also wasn't feeling well until a little before it got dark. I shot some hoops outside for around 45 minutes, then decided to get in some abs and lifting. I still didn't feel like running would be a good idea, and it was too close to dinner time.

I did:
31 push-ups
50 leg lifts
100 total cherry-pickers with 4 lb. medicine ball
2x20 overhead dumbbell press (25 total lbs.)
30 bicep curls, both arms at once (25 total lbs.)
1 minute running arms (5 lbs. each arm)
2x12 squats (30 total lbs.)
plyometric box jumping
