Treadmilling again

Comments:
Got up to go running before work and was greeted by pitch darkness. Having no reflectors or headlamps of my own, I opted for the gym and a bit of interval work on the treadmill. I wanted to test out how much faster I've gotten over the summer. kept the job pace at 8mph, and the sprint pace at 11mph. It worked decently, but I started to get winded after about 25 minutes. Not bad, considering I was past the 4 mile mark by then.
