Comments:
I had a pretty terrible run where I ended up walking. I ate some lasagna beforehand and it really fucked me up. I ran with the guys for 2 miles and basically trotted home. I was on the Coolridge route. I'll count it as like 3.5 but I'm not sure how accurate that is.
