Weather: 50 degrees and also indoor

Comments:
We did a pretty easy workout of 6x200m, and then 2xmile at threshold pace. My right knee ached a bit, but I feel better today (thursday) and the workout wasn't too much of an effort. Just tapering a bit for Illinois. Also we did the 200ms on the indoor track and the warmup, miles, and cooldown outside. It was nice!
