I haven't been feeling great lately, still, so couldn't get out for a run. I still did some lifting, and abs, though:
4x20 overhead dumbbell press (25 total lbs.)
30 bicep curls, both arms at once (25 total lbs.)
2x12 squats (30 total lbs.) 
50 leg lifts
120 total cherry-pickers (some with 4lb. medicine ball)
60 crunches
31 push-ups
Plyometric box jumping
50 calf raises, both legs at once, on ladder rung
For some reason, I've been getting really bored with running lately. Every run I'm just focusing on the discomfort. Maybe it's been because of the winter weather (before the past few days), or running by myself, but each run I've just been looking forward to when it's over. Perhaps running with the other guys once outdoor starts up will help, although if it's anything like last year I won't have anyone to run with because I was so slow.
