Run 5 min. Very moderate pace(maybe low 10's)
Jog 4 min easy
Run 4 min. Moderate (same deal)
Jog easy 3 min
Run 3 min moderate
Jog easy 2 min
Run 2 min moderate
Jog easy 1 min
Run 1 min moderate..
.... this is very moderate in nature.
Obviously with the race coming up I don't want you to be super fatigued, but do want you to get a bit of work in;)
No need for 9's tho!!!
