Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Hoping we have time for a short but faster type run today.
Am looking for .5 mile warm up, followed by a fast 2 mile tempo run with only a few walks as needed.
Hoping the two mike tempo can be 11's if it's a good day;)
Cooldown an easy .5 mikes..
