Comments:
We must get a long run in for iron girl preparation....
I think 8 miles would be a great goal as we get back to training for half marathon.
I would like you to stick to a .4 mile run and .1 walk pattern but am really looking for the .4 's to be pushed bc .1 walk is a pretty significant recovery.
We will talk more about it, but you totally got this!!!
