Weather: 40s and good runnign conditions
Comments:
Ran slowly to AU with a few sprinters who needed help finding the workout. Then took a group into the depths of Spring Valley and Kent with lots of uphill to return to Nebraska Ave. Didn't feel good, but didn't feel bad. Time and distance are estimates.
