Comments:
Ran 50:06 at a really easy pace. Right shin did not feel good. I ran on the grass as much as I could. I iced my shin down a lot afterwards. When I got home, I rubbed arnica gel on it, and iced more, and took some ib profen and also vitamin C. We'll see how it is tomorrow.
