Went to x-train without my phone because Mia was supposed to join me, but then she left me and went on a run, so I biked for a very boring half hour. I felt like I worked pretty hard though. Then, as I was finishing, had a good conversation with Lulu. Did some extra strength after with Thea and Hailey
