Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did 6 fartlecks and then a "brisk" mile. The mile was supposed to be 7-7:30 pace but I ended up going 5:50, picking up Wellish for the last two laps. Felt pretty good overall for the first workout. I plan to run both days this weekend. Good luck to Leah in her marathon tomorrow!
