Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Seeing that Thursday is going to be a shorter, speedier day with the clinic or on own, I want today to be 5 miles with the middle 3 miles at a slight tempo pace.
So run one mile easy
Pick up pace for 3 miles at a comfortably hard pace, maybe somewhere in low 10's depending on the day.
Then go straight into a cooldown mile. I don't care if it's 13 min pace!!
With clinic on Thursday, I prefer you do this Tuesday but no worries if not!
