Comments:
Made a loop through my neighborhood and adjacent ones sticking only to side streets. It was one of the few times that I've enjoyed running alone this year. However, it was a very low energy run: I cramped up about a mile in and it didn't go away, and my legs became overly tired about halfway through. I was also pretty sore in my right leg, especially the hip and glute, throughout.
