Comments:
I did a workout on the track, it was really windy so it was hard to keep the pace, I had equal rest and did them consecutively. Went by really fast, grace did most of them with me so it was good to have someone there. I couldn't run yesterday because I was on the road all day.
I also did the lift too after the workout.
