I played basketball outside until my hand went almost numb, then got some lifting and abs done inside:

2x20 overhead dumbbell press (25 total lbs.)
30 bicep curls, both arms at once (25 total lbs.)
2x12 squats (30 total lbs.)
51 leg lifts
100 total cherru-pickers
31 push-ups
Plyometric box jumping
30 calf raises on stair step, both legs at once
