Comments:
Great workout at AU today. Did it with Jackson, Jack, and Alex. I felt good throughout, although my turnover is still pretty bad at this point. I'm hoping to improve on that, even though a lot of that feeling just comes from Jack and Jackson being able to go very fast on that 400. We also ran "briskly" back to the church, so the "cooldown" was pretty short.
