Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Successful run. A few twinges here and there, but nothing serious shin-wise. Calves are a little tight from calf strength, but stretching should help. Ran to AU, got to hear what seemed like a delicious workout, but was unable to do it, given that I haven't seriously run since last Friday. Ran back with Joyce and then extended down Wisconsin. Will try to run both days this weekend and do 30-35 tomorrow and 35-40 Sunday. Might also try to resume a somewhat normal pace if I feel good.
