This can be done Monday or Tuesday as we get back into things here...
5 miles total
But after 2 miles easy I want you to run 1 min fast trying to focus on form and good breathing. It cannot be too fast though bc you will still have to run 2 min easy before picking it up again for a minute.
So basically it is 5 miles easy pace with 6x 1 min fast, 2 min. Easy starting after mike two .
Hopefully we can shake out all the junk from not being able to train last week much;)
