Long run

Comments:
Looking for 11 miles.

I know this is asking a lot.
We will have to discuss how, when and where to do it, but I truly feel you are ready for a marathon PR if you can manage to get this long run in.
It does not have to be as fast as race pace day obviously, but I think if we take
Mikes 1 through 4 to be .5 run/.1 walk
Miles 5 through 8 to be .4 run/ .1 walk
Miles 9 through 11 to be .3 run/ .05 walk

We will be in very good shape. We shall discuss tho!!
