We did 4x400 at 800 pace, 10 min jogging break, and then 4x400 at mile pace. It was a really tough workout, I died on the last 400 at 800 pace. I did better at mile pace, it felt comfortable running 67s but I was getting savaged by Paolo running 64s. He's looking to be in good shape. But overall, I survived and got the job done. i also didn't count most of jogging recovery as running, because it was barely a trot.
