Comments:
Today was a long workout of 5x1200 meter repeats with 3 minute standing rest. I did it alone at East Lansing Track. The first 2 felt easy, but it got a lot harder after that. I was very happy with my splits, however. I was right where I needed to be for every single one of them and considering I did that alone was very satisfying.
