Weather: cold and cloudy, felt like track season
Comments:
I didn't really get excited about the track workout. I wanted to run moderate 400s. We started out sub 70 and it was killing me. I knew that they weren't supposed to be that hard so I dropped to the third group and ran 73's. That was better but still a little fast.
