Stewart Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
The workout was 4 sets of 2x30 seconds at mile race pace then a 4 minute tempo. I had sat tutoring after school so I was rushing to catch up with everybody and when we started the workout I was still recovering from my fast warmup. I didn't feel that great on this workout mostly because I'm really tight. The wind and the ice also made everything ten times harder. I alost fell several times and I think Lizzy and some other people did. I got shoe inserts finally and they actually worked! My hip and knees we achy but nothing to different and it could just be from the ice. My arches didn't hurt at all though so I'm pretty happy about that.
