Comments:
We ran over to Sidwell for the first spring track meet of the season. I wasn't expecting much, and I felt bad before the race, and I ended up no running too well. I thought that I would be able to run most of the race with Jack from Sidwell, but he went up with Amal and Juno on about the third lap, leaving me alone for the rest of the race. I ran the first 1600 in 5:30, which is pretty good, 11 minute pace, but then I positive split by 25 seconds. It was really hard keeping my pace from the first mile while running alone, and running on that silly short track was discombobulating. This was a pretty low key meet, and I'm excited to race the 3200 again this year.
