Comments:
Ran out and back on Nebraska with Isabel K, Leah, and Matt S for the back half. It was really nice and felt good for the day before the meet. Ankle was a little sore from the meet and doing a LOT of ankle strength yesterday (I was watching TV and lost track of how many I did).
Strength was crunches, pushups (3 per), super evil clams, and NEW "super fun abs".
