Today the workout was a 1.5 mile warm to ELH, 3 sets of 600 at mile pace, 30 sec rest, 200 fast, and 7 min jog, and a 1.5 mile cooldown. Adam Terwillegar showed up for the warm up and told us about his life. He was cool to see again. The workout itself went well for me. I was using my phone as a watch (my watch was dead) so I missed my first 600 and last 200, but got a pretty good estimate. I moving really fast on everything, especially my first and last 600. It might've been one of my better workouts, so I was happy with it, even though I was cold af the entire time.
