Comments:
2 mile warmup to Lakefront path, then a few drills

4 x 1 mile repeats with 2:00 rest in between (although my rest was closer to 1:45 because I was staying with the group, and the rest was based on the leaders)

2 mile cool down back to Fleet Feet store
