Comments:
After 2 and a half min and .32 miles, 9 min pace was already not conversational. I was not optimistic for the rest of the run, but it turned out to be ok. Seemingly the vast majority was at a slight downhill, which doesn't make sense but I swear it's true. Any uphill made the breathing worse but luckily there wasn't too much so I was able to stay slow and keep it mostly in check. I've also been having some shin pains the past few days and that was bothering me for a lot of this run. I planned this run expecting to find the GDS team doing a workout on the AU track because Anthony mentioned an AU workout either Wednesday or Thursday and I didn't see any workout logs yesterday. I knew it was 3 miles home from AU so I planned out a 7 mile run from my house to AU, but I was dumb enough to turn the wrong way on the CCT so I knew that by going to AU I was adding on a mile, but I figured it was worth it to see the team. But no, I go the extra mile for the team and I'm sorely disappointed!
