Extended Footbridge

Comments:
Boynton mile then extended foot bridge out to Remington today. Then we finished with a few quicker strides. Pretty cold today not gonna lie, just counting down the days when I can run in shorts and no shirt. Strides felt pretty smooth. Finished with a good ab workout that Weishaar created where we moved from station to station doing different workouts.
