Comments:
Easy 9, was split 6:50's for the 1st 3 miles at least. Followed it up immeditatly with 1200m on the track at 8k race pace. 3:57, with each lap increasingly faster. Felt kinda sore, but kinda front loaded this week, so I'm not reall that surprised.
