Comments:
Ran with the Haverford men's team after the tour and info session. Saw Julia Smith and David King, who are both on the track team. The guys took me on a fun loop, but I honestly have no idea where we actually went. It was moderately hilly, but I had a lot of fun, mostly talking with a guy named Marcelo who went to St. Albans. It was their light day, which worked out well for me. They said that they usually run around low eight minute pace since they run twice a day and about 80 miles a week. No point in pace pushing like we tend to do in high school sometimes. Did planks/PLL afterwards, and ankle strength. I definitely learned a lot more about what college training is like from talking to the guys on the team during and after the run. They were really helpful. Overall a good day.
