woke up, went out for a long run to get my weekly milage goal, northpark-eaton loop starting from northside, i went at a fairly easy pace, it was a good time to think about how i want to imporve towards the end of the season and meet my goals, highlight on the way back was seeing 2 huge HORSES in front of the rainbow hospital, and then seeing 2 employees cleaning up giant piles of shit, they looked very angry
